Our new Series of Monthly Online CI Master Classes, is designed for you to watch from the comfort of your own computer or to ideally have a few people from your site gather around a screen in your training or board room and watch together.
Each CI Master Class will be presented by our President Ross Kennedy, who is recognised internationally as a thought leader in Continuous Improvement.
The session will cover:
- The importance of asking 3 quality questions of every Operator to understand how well they have been trained to operate the plant
- Determining the best operational setting & practices for each product – the role of centre-lining
- Is plant & equipment condition impacting on centre-line settings?
- Developing best practice templates for SOPs and Quality Standards
- Developing, delivering, assessing and reinforcing the required training
