Operator Equipment Management Step 3 (OEM-3) is the first step where we embark on formally teaching Operators about their equipment. OEM-3 focuses on Lubrication and is the fore-runner to Operator Equipment Management Step 4 where we expand the training to a series of modules covering the various functions of the equipment they operate.

Prior to commencing OEM-3 we suggest a Micro Focused Maintenance Improvement - Lubrication Team is established to rationalise and standardise lubrication followed by a Micro Education & Training OEM-3 Lubrication Skills Team to map out the lubrication training requirements and methods to deliver the training.
