At CTPM, we started our quest to develop an Australasian version of TPM and Lean over 25 years ago, recognising our workplace culture is quite different to that found in Japan or the USA where most literature about TPM and Lean emanated from. Our methodology has been tested and refined amongst an extensive range of industries throughout Australia and New Zealand, recognising it's not about the tools but the engagement and development of your people.
We have evolved from our initial foundation of specialising in TPM and Lean in Manufacturing to three separate divisions. As well as our TPM & Operational Excellence in Industry division, we have now established a Business Improvement in Services division.
With this new division our expertise have broaden and our team of coaches are adept in industry and consulting experience.
